Placing your order

Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order by Ebba and her team in Scotland.

Made to Order items are dispatched within 3 - 4 weeks. If an item is in stock it will be sent the next working day. Some items such as commissioned or personalised orders can take up to 8 weeks. If you have left it a little late please contact us and we can see if we are able to accommodate a faster turnaround. Once your order is placed Ebba will be in touch to confirm estimated dispatch date.
 
Your order will be sent in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a branded Ebba Goring jewellery box, which is wrapped in tissue paper for protection. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact us directly.

Free UK Shipping.

UK postage is with Royal Mail Special Delivery-next day, fully insured, tracked and signed for service. Once you order has been dispatched we will send you tracking details.
Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

International Orders

Global Shipping
We use FedEx International Priority service, a fully insured courier service for international deliveries. The delivery time takes 1-3 working days.
A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Global shipping is free, unless the item purchased is is under £200. Items under £200 will have a £15 shipping fee and be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. The delivery time is 5 - 7 days.
 
Customs Charges/ Taxes
International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond our control, and entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.

Payments

All payments conducted through Ebba Goring Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Ebba Goring Jewellery, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are faulty, are:
— Commisioned pieces or pieces that have been customized or items purchased at a discounted rate. Ebba is happy, however, to discuss any changes or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).
 
Exchanges are offered at our sole discretion.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.
 
*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of order. Please contact us here or email hello@ebbagoring.co.uk

Sizing

When ordering rings it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. All ring orders (apart from eternity rings) include one free re-size, though any subsequent changes to size will be charged at a flat rate of £35.00 plus postage.
If you cannot visit Ebba’s studio for a fitting, most jewellery stores can provide this service. For advice on sizing please contact Ebba directly and she will be happy to assist. For international orders, include a note on the order with your ring size and country where measured and we will convert that to UK size.

Wholesale

If you are a member of the trade and would like to purchase a selection of Ebba Goring Jewellery for your shop/gallery, please contact Ebba for her wholesale prices and guidelines.

We would be delighted if you featured Ebba’s work in your publication or blog, though we ask that you get in touch before hand so we can provide the correct crediting for any images you would like to use. We aim for photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours to be as accurate as possible, however slight variations may occur between pieces. Images are not actual size so please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
Design Rights and Copyrights remain the sole property of Ebba Goring. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Ebba Goring reserves the right to review her prices at any time.
